The candidate will lead software development efforts using .NET technologies, ensuring systems meet performance, security, and scalability standards while working within regulated project frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET frameworks
- Develop secure, high-performance web applications compliant with federal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Participate in system architecture planning and technical documentation
- Integrate software components with existing government IT infrastructure
- Support deployment pipelines and continuous integration workflows
- Ensure applications meet security and compliance requirements
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Working knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Security+ or other relevant technical certifications
- Experience developing applications for government or defense clients
