Phi Labs seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Rust to join our engineering team. You will play an integral role in building and maintaining our new DeFi product, Bolt Liquidity, pioneering web3 financial solutions on top of various blockchains.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain the new DeFi product, Bolt Liquidity.
Pioneer web3 DeFi solutions on top of multiple blockchains.

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency with Rust and NodeJS for backend development.
Strong proficiency with Rust, with a good understanding of async patterns, performance, and good API design.
A proven track record of building end-to-end Rust applications.
Proficiency with git.
Ability to be a self-starter and work cross-functionally and independently as needed.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with the Cosmos, SUI, and/or Solana ecosystems.
Understanding of financial technology and decentralized systems.
Experience in web3, decentralized finance (DeFi), decentralized applications (dapps), and blockchain principles.
Experience with continuous integration pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Travis).
Knowledge of ProtoBuf and gRPC.
Open source development experience.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
A strong DegenScore.
Bonus: Has written smart contracts in Rust or Solidity.
