Ashby is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Product Engineering. You will be a full-stack engineer focused on solving customer problems with long-term investments, owning projects end-to-end including product specs, design decisions, and implementation.
What You'll Do
- Own a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end, wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design.
- Research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and more.
- Build features like automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architectures, and offer signing workflows.
- Tackle projects with significant product and technical ambiguity, building powerful abstractions to solve classes of problems.
- Create leverage in your work by automating or abstracting tedious tasks and building tools for support and debugging.

The engineering team is on track to double this year, with more than 90% of the team considered Senior or above.
