NICE Ltd. is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to develop the next generation Work Force Management solution for contact centers. You will lead feature design and implementation, set team standards, and advise on technology selection while working with new and exciting technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop end-to-end cloud features on top of AWS using Java, Python, and many AWS services.
- Optimize components for maximum performance.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
- Take part in all aspects of an application's lifecycle, impacting feature implementation within an agile team.
- Lead features design and implementations, set the bar for the team standards, and advise on technology selection.
What We're Looking For
- Computer Science B.Sc./BE/BEng.
- GPA of at least 85.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts.
- Knowledge in Client/Server-side oriented software systems.
- Experience in working with cloud (SAAS) environments.
- Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in coding in JavaScript/Angular.
- Leading skills, e.g.: methodologies/scrum, software architecture.
