Responsibilities
- Create internal tools for product development teams as part of the central quality assurance operations unit
- Develop systems that generate and anonymize test datasets for broad use across quality assurance teams
- Participate in agile development processes, including requirement breakdown, design documentation, effort estimation, and implementation
- Design and build reliable testing frameworks and utilities using Python, deployed on AWS and enterprise infrastructure
- Structure and refine database models for MSSQL and PostgreSQL with emphasis on efficiency and growth capacity
- Work closely with the Head of Quality to deliver impactful features and maintain compliance with quality benchmarks
- Offer architectural guidance for test automation tools and advance innovation in quality assurance practices
- Enhance product reliability, security, and speed by expanding testing scope and capabilities
- Support internal knowledge sharing by contributing to documentation, wikis, and training materials for future QA professionals
