What You'll Do
Design and develop core components of a sophisticated system sensor that monitors data flow across macOS applications and files. Your work will enable precise tracking of data movement, forming the foundation of a next-generation security platform. Tackle performance challenges inherent in processing vast volumes of system events without degrading endpoint responsiveness.
Write resilient, low-level code that operates reliably within constrained environments and maintains system stability under all conditions. Implement secure-by-design principles to ensure the software resists real-world threats, even when handling untrusted inputs or communicating over public networks.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing macOS applications using Swift
- Hands-on work with Endpoint Security and Network extensions frameworks
- Track record of delivering large-scale native macOS applications to broad user bases
- Strong skills in debugging, profiling, and optimizing system-level software using Instruments
- Background in building endpoint security tools such as data loss prevention or endpoint detection and response systems
- Familiarity with application architecture design and implementation
- Experience working in agile environments using SCRUM methodology
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to engage regularly with colleagues across Central European and US Eastern time zones
- Must be based in Bucharest or Cluj, Romania; Bangalore, India; or within the US
