What You'll Do
Assess and compare AI-generated C++ code samples, identifying strengths and weaknesses in logic, structure, and performance. Deliver clear, precise explanations for why one solution outperforms another, guiding model training through expert judgment. Refactor flawed or inefficient code to meet production standards, ensuring correctness, readability, and optimization.
Contribute directly to reinforcement learning systems by submitting ratings, corrections, and test outcomes that fine-tune how AI evaluates its own output. Your insights help the model evolve beyond basic functionality to produce well-crafted, maintainable code.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience developing software in C++
- Proven ability to quickly detect bugs, inefficiencies, and security risks in code
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Comfort interpreting technical documentation and language specifications
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous setting with minimal supervision
- Must verify identity and confirm eligibility to work as an independent contractor in your country
