Global App Testing seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join its expanding engineering hub in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will be instrumental in building the future of our AI-powered crowdtesting platform, tackling complex requirements from major global clients.
What You'll Do
- Build the future of AI crowdtesting platforms, handling complex requirements from major companies.
- Own key initiatives from the roadmap, working closely with stakeholders and leaders from multiple departments.
- Make complex architectural decisions and act as a technical owner for key product initiatives.
- Identify technical debt and propose solutions to address it.
- Participate in key security and compliance audits.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on delivering complex products.
- Strong ability to collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Experience making architectural decisions for scalable web platforms.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Team & Environment
You will join a small team and report to the Head of Engineering. You'll work closely with the product engineering team in Poland and the product management team in Romania within an open, inclusive culture that values lean practices and cross-department collaboration.
