Aledade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I, Front End to join our Technology – Engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for front-end development, building web applications that support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement user-facing features and responsive web applications
- Build reusable components and libraries for future use
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver quality software
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a front-end software engineer, building complex web applications
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to translate design mockups into functional, efficient user interfaces
