Care Access is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the software that powers our mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable full-stack applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Lead technical design discussions and mentor other engineers
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software development experience
Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack web applications
Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies
Experience with database design, API development, and modern architectural patterns
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
