Take ownership of finance engineering solutions in a distributed, international environment where your work directly impacts both internal operations and external customers. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead the full lifecycle of feature development—from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support—within a complex, data-rich ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement backend services, data pipelines, and user-facing features that power financial operations across multiple platforms
- Build scalable data models and reporting tools using analytics and visualization technologies
- Integrate with CRM and ERP systems using ETL processes, event-driven patterns, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine requirements, drive adoption, and provide lasting technical support
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer review, and mentorship of junior engineers
- Work within an Agile framework alongside teams in France and Israel, contributing to open communication and team cohesion
- Help shape architectural direction and advocate for best practices across the engineering organization
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and maintaining systems in finance, billing, or customer operations at scale
- Full-stack proficiency with Java or Scala, SQL, React, and Node.js
- Strong background in data modeling, pipeline development, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms such as Netsuite, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with Google Cloud tools like BigQuery and Looker, or equivalent data platforms
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures
- Strong written and spoken English with a collaborative mindset
- A growth-oriented attitude with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
