StubHub is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Events (Fullstack - Consumer Experience). In this role, you will be a core contributor designing and building next-generation technologies and complex features for our consumer products. You will tackle significant, ambiguous challenges and bring creative technical solutions to life.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHub’s platforms and products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code.
- Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
- Mentor other team members to increase their technical capabilities and foster a culture of inclusion and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Extensive experience developing robust systems using multiple front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks, including Java, C#, Python, React, and Javascript.
- Previous experience designing and developing features for consumer-facing products.
- A strong understanding of how systems interact with the broader production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives.
- Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience owning projects from the initial idea through to production and mentoring junior engineers.
