Everclear Foundation is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Cross-chain Systems

Everclear is an innovative cross-network settlement and clearing protocol addressing liquidity challenges for blockchain environments and digital asset ecosystems. Our innovative clearing methodology enables transaction resolvers to optimize flow reconciliation during rebalancing processes, ultimately enhancing profitability and supporting the expansion of intent-driven infrastructures. The initial half of 2025 represented a transformative period for Everclear, characterized by substantial growth including integration across 25 networks such as Solana and Tron. Transaction volume experienced exponential scaling, increasing 100-fold between January and July, surpassing $500m in monthly transactions and accumulating $2bn in cumulative volume. Major decentralized finance platforms and resolution networks, including Across, LiFi, Relay, Rhino, Tokka, and Exponential, have incorporated our protocol. Everclear is strategically positioning itself for continued expansion by accelerating network integration, developing complementary services for our resolver ecosystem, and establishing partnerships with key industry stakeholders. Tasks About the Role We are recruiting a Senior Software Engineer to architect and maintain sophisticated services within a cross-network intent system. The ideal candidate will develop blockchain infrastructure capable of managing cross-chain liquidity, settlement, and rebalancing operations across multiple blockchain networks. The upcoming strategic focus involves enhancing existing services to support scalability beyond $1bn in monthly transactions. The selected professional will collaborate closely with our resolver network and leadership to comprehend the intent system's evolutionary trajectory and assume ownership of critical infrastructural development. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain services providing network liquidity depth and settlement solutions - Construct and optimize automated market-making algorithms for cross-chain settlements - Implement sophisticated intent settlement mechanisms - Develop advanced rebalancing strategies across multiple blockchain networks - Ensure exceptional reliability and performance in cross-transaction processing - Contribute to architectural decisions spanning on-chain and off-chain infrastructure Core Technologies - TypeScript/Node.js: Advanced proficiency with contemporary TypeScript - Blockchain Development: Comprehensive understanding of EVM/non-EVM chains, standard Web3 tooling, and cross-chain protocols - AWS: Serverless architecture, event-driven systems, containerized applications - Multi-chain development (EVM, Solana, Tron) - Smart contract interactions utilizing ethers.js/viem - Web3 signing and cryptographic key management protocols Requirements Required Experience - 5+ years of software engineering expertise - 3+ years engaging with blockchain/decentralized finance protocols - Demonstrated experience constructing production cross-chain systems - Proven track record in traditional or decentralized trading system development - Experience with high-throughput, minimal-latency system architectures Nice to Have - Familiarity with Everclear or comparable cross-chain protocols - Understanding of market-making strategies - Proficiency with AWS Lambda and serverless architectural designs Everclear represents a compact, focused team pioneering cutting-edge cross-network technology with an unwavering commitment to code excellence and comprehensive testing.
