What You'll Do
Design and deliver backend systems that scale with a fast-evolving financial platform. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, from concept to production, with frequent deployments enabled by CI/CD and feature flagging.
Collaborate in small, agile cycles using Extreme Programming principles—test-driven development, continuous integration, and iterative delivery—to ensure rapid, reliable progress. Your input will directly influence technical and strategic decisions as the company evolves.
You’ll take full ownership of your work, from architecture to deployment, while mentoring peers and helping onboard new engineers. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to step into leadership roles and help define engineering standards.
