Responsibilities
- Work with various product teams to define project scopes, expedite customer feedback, balance integration and user experience trade-offs, and implement solutions through a cross-platform SDK.
- Enhance existing features to improve performance, such as faster loading times and smarter parsing, by creating more efficient abstractions and refining algorithms.
- Develop and deploy cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.
Requirements
- Possess systems thinking skills, understanding that optimizing a system requires comprehensive design and valuing simplicity.
- Work swiftly to generate ideas, evaluate options, and determine what can be shipped immediately and what requires more time.
- Maintain focus in a high-growth startup environment, knowing when to engage with the team and when to work independently.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and product managers, inspiring and negotiating to achieve common goals.
