Hudl is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to drive our mission by building highly scalable software solutions. This role focuses on cloud technology and delivering features that provide new levels of insight to coaches, athletic directors and parents.
What You'll Do
- Develop key features and capabilities to bring new levels of insight to coaches, athletic directors, and parents.
- Shape how wearable data is surfaced and used across Hudl.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Engineering, QA, Product Management, Design, Scrum) to deliver full-stack product features.
- Break down complex problems, guide architectural decisions, champion engineering best practices, and mentor others on the team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience building and operating mature web applications end-to-end.
- Comfortable navigating cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Adaptability and ownership: ability to quickly get up to speed on new technologies, systems and business contexts.
- Technical coaching experience: supporting other engineers through substantial product investments.
- Collaborative, team-first mindset.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience using Python, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB and/or AWS.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and patterns, especially Azure.
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with hybrid or remote teams.
