About the Role
The individual will lead the development of a next-generation agentic system that leverages artificial intelligence to interpret, respond to, and act on complex operational data. This role involves close collaboration with research, product, and field teams to ensure robust, scalable, and ethical deployment of intelligent technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core components of an autonomous agent system
- Develop AI-driven workflows that process real-time sensor and video data
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to integrate predictive models
- Optimize system performance for low-latency, high-availability environments
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive operational information
- Build APIs and services for cross-functional integration
- Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly
- Contribute to ethical AI guidelines for agent behavior
- Work closely with product managers to define feature requirements
- Support deployment and monitoring in cloud infrastructure
- Improve system observability and logging frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Stay current with advancements in AI, distributed systems, and safety-critical software
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
