CI&T is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java and React to join an innovative project in the benefits sector. You will work on a strategic project for a large client, developing robust and scalable solutions that impact thousands of people.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate actively on the project, participating in all phases of the software lifecycle.
- Design and develop APIs and microservices using Java.
- Ensure code quality by applying good programming practices and automated testing.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and testing strategies.
- Solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the definition of the solution architecture.
- Guide and mentor junior and intermediate engineers in different technical areas.
- Work with other teams to ensure system integration and proper functioning.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to work in a team and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Practical experience with AWS Cloud Services for scalable deployments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in projects in the benefits sector or related areas.
- Experience with PIX.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices: CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Serverless, Kubernetes.
