Allegro is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to act as a Technical Leader and architect within our SEO business area. You will drive technical decisions and lead a team through the complete lifecycle of complex products, from initial PoC to petabyte-scale production, with a focus on AI integration and big data systems.

What You'll Do

Act as a Technical Leader and architect for the SEO business area.
Drive technical decisions and lead the team through the complete lifecycle of complex products from initial PoC to petabyte-scale production.
Lead by example through mentorship, high-quality code reviews, and establishing engineering standards.
Design and optimize systems that handle massive daily request volumes and extract actionable insights from vast datasets.
Lead the technical integration of LLMs to drive predictive capabilities.
Collaborate with over a dozen teams (Offer, Product, Listing, Category) to manage complex technical dependencies.

What We're Looking For

Proficient in Kotlin or Java.
Solid foundation in microservices and cloud environments (GCP/Azure).
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and taking full end-to-end ownership from requirements to post-deployment monitoring.
Fluent in Polish (C1).
Fluent in English (min. B2).

Nice to Have

Experience with Scala.
Familiarity with LLM tuning (LoRA, PEFT) or frameworks like LangChain/AutoGen.
