Incedo is looking for a Technical Lead - Full Stack – Java, React JS to develop and maintain web applications. You'll join a team focused on delivering end-to-end solutions, leveraging your expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.
What You'll Do
- Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design systems of varying complexity.
- Create comprehensive architectural documentation to substantiate design decisions.
- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and plan the technical design and approach.
- Liaise with team members to deliver complete solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, review their code, and establish quality gates.
- Build and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines and apply secure coding practices.
- Adopt unit-testing frameworks to provide better coverage.
- Be responsible for the team's professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience.
- B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or MCA degree from a reputed university; computer science background is preferred.
- Proficiency in the Java programming language and React.js.
- Experience with the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks.
- Expertise in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Understanding of and alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Openness to new ideas and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
