Luumlash is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for robotics to pioneer the physical application of AI and robotics in beauty. You will join a dedicated team, making substantial contributions to our company’s evolution and core technology.
What You'll Do
- Make significant contributions to the evolution of the company and its core technology.
- Tackle unique engineering challenges for a high-autonomy robotic system with many actuated degrees of freedom.
What We're Looking For
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of object-oriented programming in a professional team environment using C++.
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with control and modeling of robotic manipulators or equivalent automation systems.
- Proficiency in ROS and associated libraries, especially for motion planning and collision modeling, or equivalent frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of industry-standard best practices for maintainable software design.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a small team with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Deep experience with Linux.
- Experience with motor control and servo amplifiers.
- Experience with CUDA development or equivalent.
- General mechatronics background.
- Computer vision experience, especially stereoscopic computer vision.
