Delinea is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a highly capable, collaborative, and agile team. You will create software used by thousands of IT professionals worldwide, focusing on cloud-hosted applications like Privilege Manager Cloud and contributing to the development, design, and architecture of our Front-End applications.
What You'll Do
- Be a fully contributing member of a Delinea Sprint team.
- Work specifically on products related to cloud-hosted applications, such as Privilege Manager Cloud.
- Contribute to the development, design and architecture of Front-End applications.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of backend development experience (Python preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with microservices and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and data workflows.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ).
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cybersecurity, graph databases, or ML pipelines.
- Ability to quickly read and understand both new and existing code.
- Ability to look at the big picture, come up with great new ideas and execute those ideas by writing code to make it happen.
- Passionate about writing quality code and constantly honing your development skills.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS).
- Experience with DevOps practices (e.g. continuous integration, continuous deployment).
