Responsibilities
- Create and sustain automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms
- Extend automated test coverage across browsers, mobile devices, and backend services
- Enhance test reliability in CI/CD pipelines to boost confidence in releases and system stability
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and resolve automation problems efficiently
- Minimize unstable tests and consistently strengthen the dependability of test suites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance standards
- Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and QA specialists to integrate quality throughout development
- Conduct automation code reviews and advocate for best practices to improve testability
- Support quality efforts across multiple product groups and help establish automation standards
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes, tools, and quality practices organization-wide
