Capgemini is looking for a Senior Software Developer to build and enhance AI agents that streamline business processes and elevate user experiences. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from design and testing to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated with enterprise systems.
What You'll Do
- Design, configure, and deploy AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate agents with Power Apps and Power Automate to automate workflows.
- Build and extend custom connectors enabling interaction with external services and data sources.
- Support conversational AI features, ensuring accurate data access and robust NLP behaviors.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed AI agents for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate on enterprise‑scale integrations and lifecycle improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Hands‑on experience in automation and AI development with Microsoft Copilot Studio with at least one successfully implemented, functioning solution.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Python, and low‑code solution development.
- Understanding of NLP concepts and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Ability to extend AI agent components within enterprise architectures.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure AI and automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps practices, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with multi‑agent workflows, reasoning engines, and autonomous agent design.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of API key authentication for custom connectors.
- Expertise in Python for AI development or scripting tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
- Experience with generative or agentic AI prototyping.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle system integrations.
- Exposure to AI safety testing frameworks.
- Consulting or client‑facing technical background.
