Responsibilities
- Design, test, and troubleshoot new software features and upgrades to current applications
- Collaborate with technical personnel to analyze software issues and implement solutions
- Address user-reported software issues and evaluate proposed enhancements
- Execute desktop interface design, testing, security hardening, and integration with common software tools
- Integrate systems with automated patch management and deployment pipelines
- Support the creation of software user documentation and guides
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, services, and system environments
- Automate the deployment and configuration of software and system updates
- Engage in Agile Release Train and Program Increment planning and execution
- Provide support for operations across multiple secure network enclaves
- Work closely with diverse teams to ensure smooth system integration
