We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a team where you will transform functional requirements into robust software solutions using back-end Java Spring Boot and front-end React.js.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop and maintain high-performance software solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze requirements, contribute to estimations, and participate in architecture and technology choices.
- Develop complex modules while applying software development best practices for quality, security, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize performance, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure proper documentation of solutions.
- Contribute to technical governance and support/coach a small team of developers.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree or validated academic background in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in back-end Java development (Java, Spring Boot).
- Experience with React and front-end development.
- Solid full-stack background.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- French: fluent; English: professional working proficiency.
- Leadership, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
