Responsibilities
- Lead complex, concurrent campaigns (launches, collaboration campaigns, social activation) from brief to retro; manage budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Translate technical features into clear, social-first narratives for consumers and developers.
- Partner with local markets in creating and implementing regional social campaigns.
- Oversee creative and paid social plans; define tests and optimize in-flight.
- Lead influencer/creator programs along with local markets for APAC.
- Build dashboards, report KPIs, and drive continuous optimization; own budgets/forecasting.
Requirements
- 9–10 years in social media with heavy project/program management; proven delivery of multi-market, multi-channel campaigns.
- Track record leading product/hardware/software launches with measurable impact.
- Deep platform know-how for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn; strong short-form video and creator fluency.
- Analytics-first: experience in data evaluation and reporting for social media.
- Excellent brief writing, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Driven, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a passion for new technologies and AI.
Nice to Have
- Proficient understanding of AI tools is beneficial, with a keen ability to learn and leverage these tools.
