About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing the operational side of recruitment, ensuring efficient systems, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination between hiring teams and technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and improvement of recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency
- Monitor key hiring metrics and generate actionable reports for stakeholders
- Ensure applicant tracking system data is accurate, up to date, and reliable
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs
- Implement tools and automation to reduce manual tasks in the hiring process
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations in all recruitment systems
- Standardize onboarding and candidate communication processes
- Support integration of new HR technologies with existing platforms
- Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other performance indicators
- Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment partners
- Develop dashboards for real-time visibility into hiring pipelines
- Manage user access and permissions within the ATS
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to recruitment software
- Drive adoption of best practices across global hiring teams
- Optimize candidate experience from application to offer
- Ensure consistency in job posting formats and branding
- Audit recruitment processes for accuracy and compliance
- Facilitate training for hiring managers on system usage
- Maintain documentation for all operational procedures
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through data tracking
- Scale processes as the organization grows
- Align recruitment operations with business objectives
- Improve cross-functional communication between teams
- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring lifecycle
