Jobgether is seeking a Senior Security Services Manager to lead the delivery of security consulting, advisory, and operational services across diverse client environments. You will act as a trusted liaison between security teams and clients, ensuring robust security practices, compliance, and proactive threat management.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary security advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance across network, application, and system security.
Manage and maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular meetings and ensuring security services align with business needs.
Lead the assessment, implementation, and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee incident response, vulnerability remediation, and forensic investigations as needed.
Coordinate with technical teams to validate changes, implement controls, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits, security assessments, and performance reviews to ensure ongoing protection and regulatory alignment.
Identify opportunities to introduce new security technologies, processes, and practices to enhance client environments.

What We're Looking For

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent certifications in cybersecurity.
8–10 years of experience in security operations, consulting, or management roles.
Expertise in network and application security, log management, threat management, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and security governance.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards such as FISMA, FedRAMP, IRS, SSA, and FBI guidelines.
Experience with risk assessment, audits, remediation, and policy development in enterprise environments.
Proficiency in analyzing and mitigating security threats, including incident response and forensic analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
