Role Overview
As the Senior Security Manager, you will lead physical security efforts for a global region, aligning regional operations with enterprise-wide security strategies. Your focus will be on protecting people, facilities, and critical operations through proactive planning, threat assessment, and emergency preparedness. You will play a central role in maintaining a secure and resilient environment across diverse locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily security operations across the region, ensuring consistent standards and responsiveness
- Develop and implement regional security strategies that support global objectives and address emerging risks
- Lead investigations into security incidents, threats, and cases of workplace violence
- Create and deliver training programs to strengthen employee awareness and emergency readiness
- Assess and respond to regional threats, disruptions, or vulnerabilities with effective countermeasures
- Advise internal teams on security best practices, compliance, and program alignment
- Partner with internal departments and external agencies to resolve complex security challenges
- Support crisis management initiatives and contribute to organizational resilience planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with three or more years in security leadership
- Proven track record as a Security Manager with demonstrated supervisory responsibility
- Extensive knowledge of physical security, travel safety, crisis response, and operational risk management
- Strong capabilities in incident investigation, reporting, and case resolution
- Effective decision-maker with strategic insight and sound judgment under pressure
- Skilled in conflict resolution, stakeholder coordination, and managing high-risk situations
