Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during security incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements in MSS services, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients (and their suppliers/partners), providing updates on incident status, service changes, and other relevant information.
- Engage in a wide range of security activities within client organizations, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
- Identify customer’s security priorities based on the output of our services.
- Assist the NVISO Service Delivery Manager
- Work closely with NVISO’s internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services and support to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a relevant cyber security role (i.e. analyst), preferably within a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment.
- Strong understanding of security operations and incident response.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection solutions (especially Microsoft and Palo Alto).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and respond to security incidents.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIS2 etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are eligible for NATO CLEARANCE
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Security stack certifications are highly desirable (i.e. SC-200)
