About the Role
The role involves delivering end-to-end SAP PM module solutions, guiding clients through system transitions, and ensuring alignment with operational maintenance workflows and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and customization of the SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance module
- Collaborate with clients to analyze maintenance processes and identify improvement areas
- Design integrated solutions connecting PM with MM, FI, and other SAP modules
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Support data migration activities related to equipment master data and maintenance plans
- Conduct system testing, including unit and integration testing for PM functionality
- Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client teams
- Provide guidance during go-live and post-implementation support phases
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific operational policies
- Assist in defining preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions
- Work closely with project managers to maintain implementation timelines
- Document functional designs and solution blueprints
- Participate in workshops to gather stakeholder requirements
- Validate integration points between SAP and external maintenance systems
- Advise on best practices for work order management and maintenance planning
- Support asset lifecycle management processes within the SAP environment
- Monitor solution performance and suggest enhancements
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve cross-module issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PM innovations and updates
