Join Tietoevry as a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant where you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing finance processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions, support projects, and contribute to team development.
What You'll Do
- Configure, implement and optimize processes in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Product Cost Controlling within SAP FI/CO.
- Gather and document requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Design processes that meet customer expectations.
- Coach colleagues, share expertise, and support competence development as part of the internal finance homebase.
- Support testing by leading unit-, integration- and user-acceptance testing, and deliver training to end-users.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues across SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules, such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning.
- Engage with customers to understand their business, anticipate needs, and propose relevant solutions.
- Support sales processes with realistic planning and solution scoping.
- Contribute to project management, including planning, estimation, and execution of workstreams.
- Explore and test new innovations, especially S/4HANA Finance and emerging functionalities.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in SAP Finance and/or Controlling, including at least some key functional areas.
- Several years of consulting experience OR a strong track record as a key user in finance or controlling ready to transition into consulting.
- Initial exposure to S/4HANA and a desire to deepen expertise.
- A consulting mindset.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ABAP programming.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
