TransPerfect is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead technical implementation and support efforts across our Salesforce ecosystem. In this contract role, you will blend deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of platform governance, integration, and customization in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead or co-lead architecture design for Salesforce implementation projects.
- Develop Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, and automation flows.
- Manage technical design documentation, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
- Support administrative tasks such as user provisioning, access control, and data hygiene.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into platform solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and sandbox management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
