InfoTip Service GmbH is hiring a Senior Salesforce Consultant (M/W/X) to deliver high-impact CRM solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be the technical lead on implementations, providing expert guidance and ensuring successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects from discovery to deployment
- Design and architect scalable, secure solutions tailored to client business needs
- Configure complex Salesforce functionalities, including automation and custom objects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud implementations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead technical workshops
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect)
- Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect)
- Background in a specific industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies
