InfoTip Service GmbH is hiring a Senior Salesforce Consultant (M/W/X) to spearhead the implementation of customer projects and align Salesforce-based IT solutions with client needs. You will join an agile company of 11-50 employees dedicated to providing efficient, sustainable IT solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead various project teams in implementing customer projects.
Consult on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT solutions, including requirements management and solution conception.
Analyze and document existing processes to subsequently map them in Salesforce.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer challenges.
Serve as the interface between customers and developers.
Conduct training and workshops and prepare customers for go-live.
Pursue continuous further education and certification in Salesforce.

What We're Looking For

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
Several years of experience as a Consultant or Project Lead in the Salesforce environment.
Very good German and English language skills.
Very good communication and social skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
Knowledge of C++ or Java.
