H+W CONSULT GmbH is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering robust Salesforce solutions, directly impacting our clients' business processes and success.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects for diverse clients
- Design and configure custom solutions using core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional technical designs
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and integration strategies
- Conduct workshops, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure successful project delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce consultant, with multiple end-to-end project implementations
- In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Strong expertise in requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
