As a Senior Sales Representative in the Valparaíso Region, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for mid-market and enterprise clients, focusing on telematics and fleet management technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer challenges and align business-critical solutions that deliver measurable value, supporting broader commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract finalization—for strategic accounts
  • Create and implement tailored account strategies to expand high-value customer relationships
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders in complex decision environments to guide purchasing outcomes
  • Build trusted advisor relationships at executive levels within client organizations
  • Partner with presales, marketing, customer success, and channel teams to drive unified go-to-market efforts
  • Support channel partners in joint sales initiatives and co-selling scenarios
  • Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records
  • Consistently meet or surpass revenue, activity, and pipeline development goals
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced sales team members

Qualifications

You bring a proven track record in B2B technology sales, with experience selling SaaS, IoT, enterprise software, or related solutions. Success in closing mid-market and enterprise deals is essential, along with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. You thrive in long sales cycles and think strategically about customer needs while maintaining disciplined execution. Familiarity with CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies is expected. Prior knowledge of fleet or mobility solutions is highly beneficial.
