Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor to drive long-term success
- Own day-to-day customer engagement, resolving cases and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
- Leverage data and insights to influence restaurant behaviour, driving product adoption and increased reservation availability
- Partner closely with customers to maximise engagement on the OpenTable platform and unlock commercial growth opportunities
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations, collaborating with Customer Support and field teams to resolve partner concerns
- Deliver remote presentations and training sessions to educate and empower restaurant partners
- Challenge and coach customers to think differently about their business, identifying opportunities for mutual growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team targets, with a strong focus on retention and reducing churn
Requirements
- Fluent in English plus fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, German or Spanish
- Proven experience in account management and/or consultative selling, with a track record of driving customer growth
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a commercial context
- Confident using data and insights to influence decisions, shape strategy and drive customer outcomes
- Skilled communicator with the ability to present, train and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Able to challenge customer thinking, introducing new perspectives that unlock opportunities for growth
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet ambitious targets
- Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and deliver results
