About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for video surveillance and security products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Deliver product presentations and sales demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
- Train and mentor junior sales team members
- Develop regional sales plans in line with corporate goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Resolve customer issues related to sales and service delivery
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Support product development through customer feedback
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries
- Manage territory planning and customer segmentation
