The Nielsen Company is hiring a Customer Success Manager - Gracenote Customer & Partnership Experience

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing key customer and partner relationships, driving product adoption, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and identifying opportunities for expansion and retention within the Gracenote ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners
  • Develop strong relationships to understand client goals and challenges
  • Monitor client health and proactively address risks or concerns
  • Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing product usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service issues
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics
  • Identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell in coordination with sales
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with clients
  • Ensure clients achieve measurable value from products and services
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends
  • Support the rollout of new features and enhancements to clients
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with product teams
  • Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management systems
  • Coordinate training sessions and client enablement resources
  • Drive renewal readiness and support contract extension efforts
  • Promote best practices for platform utilization
  • Manage stakeholder communication across multiple levels
  • Escalate critical issues with appropriate internal teams
  • Support partnership-specific requirements and integration needs
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Contribute to process improvements in customer success workflows
  • Assist in developing client success playbooks
  • Monitor customer usage data to identify engagement trends
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization
  • Support crisis management and client recovery efforts when needed
