Responsibilities
- Create new and major business opportunities with Enterprise clients (the focus but not limited to) for seQura in Italy.
- Develop and own a pipeline of Enterprise clients, all organized in our CRM; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis to drive results.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements, discuss solutions and make effective sales pitches.
- Close sales and achieve/exceed monthly objectives.
- Create and implement the sales strategy to sustain rapid company growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in the fintech sector is a must.
- Experience working with large accounts/enterprise clients.
- Strong B2B e-commerce network connection within the Italian market.
- Native level of Italian and high level of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence.
- Extremely organized, you know to prioritize and how to work results-oriented.
- Proactive, looking always for solutions to day-to-day situations, without waiting for the answer.
- Super energetic and motivated, constant and tenacious.
- Resilient, keeping always a positive attitude in life and a “go for it” person.
- Passionate about sales and technology.
- Currently living in Barcelona or open to relocation.
