RTB House is looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager (f/m/d) to drive new business development and expand our client base in the DACH region. You will manage the entire sales cycle for major e-commerce brands, from prospecting to closing deals, while leveraging our digital advertising expertise.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities by following up on leads and researching target clients.
- Expand our DACH client base by managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to integration.
- Report on the progress of sales processes with potential clients.
- Work closely with technical and account management teams to ensure superior campaign performance.
- Build relationships with decision-makers at the largest e-commerce companies to understand their needs and communicate our value.
- Develop professional technical knowledge of our solutions and digital marketing trends to design strategies that fulfill client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B sales experience in the online advertising industry within the DACH market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English (C1 or above).
- Ability to articulate a clear vision to prospects and close deals with creative negotiation strategies.
- A track record of finding new prospects, growing relationships, and consistently hitting KPIs in relatively short sales cycles.
- Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to absorb and action information quickly.
- Self-motivated, positive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and achiever attitude.
