About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in North India, managing key client relationships, and achieving quarterly sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative education solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any client concerns or issues.
