Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of sales opportunities, including product demos, proof-of-value setup, and issue resolution
- Gather and analyze technical requirements for each sales opportunity
- Explain, promote, and educate stakeholders on real-time continuous application security
- Serve as a technical authority and bridge between sales teams and engineering resources
- Report customer feedback and field insights to sales, product, and engineering departments
- Collaborate with purchasing decision-makers during product integration phases
- Guide customer evaluations to successful outcomes for both parties
- Identify customer business objectives and align them with technical solutions
- Create technical content for clients and internal sales engineering teams
- Maintain documentation for sales engineering procedures and workflows
- Establish and manage technical expectations with leadership and team members while advancing technical expertise
