Responsibilities

  • Lead technical aspects of sales opportunities, including product demos, proof-of-value setup, and issue resolution
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements for each sales opportunity
  • Explain, promote, and educate stakeholders on real-time continuous application security
  • Serve as a technical authority and bridge between sales teams and engineering resources
  • Report customer feedback and field insights to sales, product, and engineering departments
  • Collaborate with purchasing decision-makers during product integration phases
  • Guide customer evaluations to successful outcomes for both parties
  • Identify customer business objectives and align them with technical solutions
  • Create technical content for clients and internal sales engineering teams
  • Maintain documentation for sales engineering procedures and workflows
  • Establish and manage technical expectations with leadership and team members while advancing technical expertise
