Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer environments
- Collaborate with account executives to identify customer challenges and position appropriate solutions
- Design and propose architectures that meet enterprise data management and security requirements
- Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and partners
- Participate in proof-of-concept deployments and trials
- Articulate product strengths in the context of data resilience, backup, and AI-driven security
- Support responses to RFPs and technical qualification documents
- Stay current on industry trends in cloud, data protection, and artificial intelligence
- Engage with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Assist in troubleshooting technical obstacles during sales cycles
- Educate customers on compliance, governance, and cyber recovery capabilities
- Present at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings
- Develop customized solution proposals based on technical assessments
- Work across time zones to support regional and global accounts
- Maintain deep understanding of competitive landscape and differentiators
- Enable partners with technical training and resources
- Facilitate workshops on data security and operational recovery
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations
- Support negotiation phases with technical clarification and validation
- Ensure post-sales handoff includes accurate technical documentation
