About the Role
This position involves working closely with sales and engineering teams to guide enterprise customers in adopting and customizing a developer portal platform, ensuring technical requirements are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and technical constraints
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to enterprise-level stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using the platform
- Support integration of the platform with clients' internal systems and workflows
- Provide expert guidance on configuration, customization, and best practices
- Assist in scoping and defining implementation projects
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during proof-of-concept phases
- Work with product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Develop technical documentation and solution architectures for clients
- Lead technical discussions with engineering teams at customer organizations
- Advocate for ease of adoption and usability in customer onboarding
- Participate in RFP and security review processes
- Ensure alignment between customer goals and platform capabilities
- Mentor junior team members on technical sales approaches
- Stay current with platform updates and ecosystem developments
- Collaborate on pre-sales activities including discovery calls and workshops
- Help define success metrics for customer implementations
- Support pilot programs and technical evaluations
- Communicate limitations and workarounds transparently
- Maintain deep knowledge of developer tools and internal developer platforms
