Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with enterprise prospects during the sales cycle
- Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with client use cases
- Respond to security questionnaires and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to build tailored proposals and solutions
- Translate customer business needs into technical configurations
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and trials
- Document customer requirements and communicate them to product teams
- Explain system architecture and integration options clearly
- Address technical objections raised during procurement reviews
- Work with legal and security teams to resolve contract concerns
- Stay current on product updates and roadmap developments
- Provide feedback from customers to influence product direction
- Participate in RFP responses with technical documentation
- Assist in defining deployment timelines and success criteria
- Coordinate with customer engineering teams during onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive offerings
- Use CRM tools to track technical engagement activities
- Present at industry events or customer summits when needed
- Ensure technical accuracy in marketing collateral
- Help refine sales tools and demo environments
