Perforce is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical sales leadership and support customer success for our suite of products. You will be the key technical advisor during the sales process, ensuring customers understand and realize the value of our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Architect solutions and build proof-of-concepts that align with customer requirements.
- Partner with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle and into the initial customer success phase.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven ability to manage the technical sales cycle from discovery to proof-of-concept.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with software development lifecycle tools, version control, or DevOps practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
