About the Role

Myriad AI is hiring its first go-to-market professional, a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Account Executive (AE) hybrid. You will own sales, marketing, and lead generation, building a modern outbound engine from the ground up. This high-impact role involves driving pipeline, closing early customers, and refining the company's messaging and strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end outbound process from strategy to execution, including account research, prospecting, outreach, and messaging.
  • Build, test, and optimize outbound campaigns across email, phone, and social channels to engage target accounts in regulated industries.
  • Identify and qualify leads, run discovery conversations, and own early-stage pipeline development through to closing.
  • Manage CRM data hygiene and pipeline reporting to ensure accurate visibility and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and co-founder to refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy based on market feedback.
  • Create and maintain outbound playbooks, templates, and workflows that will scale with the team.
  • Partner with marketing to shape content strategy, improve lead quality, and align outbound with broader GTM efforts.
  • Share insights from the field to influence product direction, customer segmentation, and GTM strategy.
  • Take ownership of meeting key revenue and pipeline goals, while constantly iterating on what works.
  • Grow into a full-cycle AE or GTM leadership role as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound-focused roles at B2B tech or SaaS companies.
  • Track record of success selling into complex, regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, legal, audit, or professional services.
  • Consistently met or exceeded pipeline and meeting generation targets.
  • Deep understanding of the sales development process from prospecting and discovery to qualification and objection handling.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, while collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with modern sales and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ambition to grow into a full-cycle AE or GTM leadership role.
